Storing between dates is priced into your quote
If your dates do not line up, we collect, store in numbered containers, and redeliver - all set into one transparent price. No separate facility fees to chase.

Why is there no fixed price list?
Because a real removals price depends on the detail of your move - size, access, distance, and what you add. A published rate card would either over-charge the simple moves or under-quote the hard ones. We set a transparent price against your actual move instead.
Is the quoted price the price I pay?
It is a transparent price set by a BAR-certified estimator against the details you give us, and your fixed price is confirmed at a free video or in-person survey. A confirmed price follows one rule: same move, same price - recalculated only if the inventory, access, services, or date materially change, and we tell you before you book. No surprise fees buried in the small print.
Do you price storage separately?
No. When storage is part of your move, it is set into one transparent price - we collect, store, and redeliver, with no separate facility fees to chase.
Will I be chased with calls after I ask for a price?
No. We won't call about your price unless you ask us to - your details are never sold, and you will not land in a queue of firms.
What if I am waiting for keys on the day?
The first two hours of waiting are free. Beyond that, waiting is charged per hour, per crew member. If the keys have not been released by 4:30pm, your goods go into secure overnight storage and are redelivered once you have access - the price is re-set against that new plan, and we tell you before anything changes.
