I'm Patryk Panczuk, and I've spent the best part of 20 years helping people through what, for most of us, is one of the most stressful days there is - moving home. I started at the bottom, learning the trade box by box, and spent years helping grow a small operation into one of London's respected removals-and-storage names.
In 2024 I built a removals brand from scratch and grew it into a real competitor in one of the toughest markets in the country. Since then I've passed the BAR estimator course, and I'm still surveying and quoting London moves every week - so when I tell you what yours involves, it's from someone who has done it more times than I can count.
I have a few rules I don't break: you'll always know exactly what you're paying for and why, I text you my ETA every time, and I read the room - whether it's your first move or your tenth.
